On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 3.30 p.m. The check-out on your departure day is until 11 a.m.

Your room will be booked as soon as the deposit of 150.00 euros per person reaches our bank account.

Payment reason: booking number, first name, and last name.

The rates are per person including VAT and half board plus, and excluding local tax of 2.70 euros per per person and night. For your spa card (Allgäu-Walser-Card) that we can prepare upon request, we ask a 20.00 euros deposit per card. You’ll get this money back when you bring back the card at the end of the stay.

If you book a double room for single use, we charge the rate for 2 people minus the catering costs. Young guests under 6 years can sleep for free in their parents’ room. From 7 to 15 years of age, we charge 50% of the rate.

The local tax amounts to 2.70 euros per person and night. Children and teenagers under 15 years don’t have to pay the local tax.

You’re really looking forward to your holiday at our wellness hotel in Allgäu with 4-star S service, and then life gets in the way? It can happen. Here you’ll find all details about our cancellation policy.

We ask for your understanding that we’ll retain the deposit paid in any case due to the administrative effort involved. Cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before the date of arrival we charge 50% of the booking price, on the 7th day before the date of arrival we charge 90% of the booking price. In case of later cancellation, we’ll charge the whole rate of your stay.

With every booking we automatically take out our Parkhotel cancellation insurance for 3.00 euros per person and night (children up to the age of 16 are insured by their parents and are not charged extra). This is what it covers:

• In case of illness before the start of your stay, valid also for children and the (married) partner
• In case of accident before or during your stay
• In case of death within the family
• In the event of delay due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. force majeure or significant damage to private property

We’ll be happy to rebook your room free of charge. Das Parkhotel cancellation insurance is charged on site via your accommodation bill.

Dogs are welcome here. For your dog’s stay we charge 20.00 euros per night and a final cleaning fee of 30.00 euros.
