Our products come from small farmers and manufacturers in South Tyrol who emphasise traditional craftsmanship in their production.
Original South Tyrolean Speck and Kaminwurzen sausages from the Valle Isarco/Eisacktal, honey from beekeeper Michael Hafner from Meran, wines from the Biedermannhof farm in Tscherms, and gin from Val Venosta/Vinschgau: host Luis Hillebrand maintains a personal friendship with all suppliers. We stand for friendliness and authenticity. And we really mean it.
