We believe in love at first sight. As Luis Hillebrand walked into Das Parkhotel for the very first time, he felt something special. His vision: Bringing the beauty of South Tyrol to Allgäu.
The history of the hotel dates back to the 19th century and is closely linked to Sebastian Kneipp, the namesake of the Kneipp town of Bad Wörishofen. The over 7,000 m2 garden with 2 natural lakes still represents the heart of the complex today.
After the Second World War, the traditional hotel quickly developed from Dr. Wilhelm Sproll’s former spa hotel into a meeting place for the rich and beautiful. Even Empress Soraya of Persia has stayed at our hotel.
Inspired by the beauty and charm of his hometown, owner Luis Hillebrand, together with the renowned South Tyrolean architect Zeno Bampi, turned the hotel into an extraordinary retreat. Today, it offers 4-star S comfort and a whole lot of South Tyrolean hospitality and style.
